Terms of Purchase

All class and membership purchases are final. There are no refunds on classes or memberships. By making a purchase you agree to terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients can cancel or reschedule class reservations with no penalty up to 1 hour prior to class start time. All cancellations 1 hour or less prior to class are considered a late cancellation. 

Drop ins who timely cancel a class will have the class added back to their account for future use. Drop ins who late cancel or no-show will lose their class credit. Those with an Unlimited Membership who late cancel or no-show will be charged a $10 fee.

We’d always prefer you let us know you cannot come rather than no show! Please cancel via the Momence app.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All class purchases are final sale, unless otherwise provided by law. Returns and refunds are not offered for any drop in classes, memberships, gift cards, workshops, events, or retail.

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree that you will not issue a chargeback for any payment made to Squat With Sav Coaching, including incidental late-cancel and no-show fees, as you are fully aware of this Refund Policy and voluntarily consenting to it. Should you attempt to issue a chargeback, you may lose access to the services.

TRANSFERS

All drop in classes, memberships, workshops, and events are to be used by the purchaser / account holder and are non-transferable. They cannot be shared between multiple clients, and can only be used by the original purchaser / account holder.

FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP OFFER

The Founding Membership Offers are offered to new clients only, on a single-use basis, during the first 3 months of opening The Girl Cave. Those found in violation of this offer will lose access. A valid up to date credit card on file must be maintained in your account for incidental billing purposes. 

MEMBERSHIPS

Monthly unlimited memberships auto-renew monthly on the purchase date, using the original payment method. Members must have an electronic purchase method (card or ACH debit) on file. If you would like to update your payment method, request a membership pause, or cancel your membership, please email Sav at squatwithsav@gmail.com and she will review your request.

You may cancel your Membership either in your account, via email, or in-studio,  prior to your next billing date. 

Pauses to Memberships can be granted for a minimum of 1-month, at studio’s discretion for a variety of reasons including medical requests, family emergencies, and financial hardships.

CONTENT RELEASE

You consent to be photographed, videotaped and/or recorded while participating in an activity or service at The Girl Cave and that such photography, videotaping and recording, including your name, may be used for any lawful and reasonable business purposes of Squat With Sav Coaching in any and all media formats, including, without limitation, television, radio, and digital media formats, including the Internet, without the payment of any consideration.

EMAIL AND TEXT CONSENT

You understand that Squat With Sav Coaching may use the personal data which you voluntarily provide, such as your email address and phone number, for the limited purposes of contacting you to communicate information about the business, your participation in activities and services, and promotional materials. 

GOVERNING LAW:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to applicable conflicts of law provisions or the principles of comity. These Terms and the Liability Waiver are intended to cover all claims in connection with and/or arising out of the undersigned’s  participation in an activity or service with Squat With Sav Coaching LLC and The Girl Cave.  Should any claims be deemed not to be covered, the undersigned agrees that all legal claims he or she wishes to pursue against Squat With Sav Coaching shall be brought on an individual basis only and through confidential, final and binding arbitration before a private and impartial arbitrator (conducted in accordance with current AAA Arbitration Rules & Procedures). You the undersigned waives your right to commence, or be a party to, any class or collective claims or to bring jointly with any other person any claim against Squat With Sav Coaching and The Girl Cave.
